Marketing Managers
You would most likely be working on-site at the client’s business at least one day a week with the flexibility to provide hybrid support at other times as required. This role suits capable, confident individuals who are comfortable working independently and ability to multi-task – but always focused on delivering outcomes. You’ll have strong communication skills and able to show their leadership team how effective marketing can deliver outcomes for their business. You will have at least 8 years of relevant marketing experience to provide instant confidence that your plan and strategies will work for them. Execution of the plan follows using existing, your own or our Black Book of Marketing Outcomes approved suppliers.
Social Media Managers
We are always looking for experienced, expert Social Media Managers, seeking a part-time or fractional role that fits with their lifestyle. Our ways of working (MO) provides ambitious businesses with expert  Social Media Managers. Working largely on-site, you assume responsibility for creating and executing their social media strategy. Demand is high for this role so you could soon have a few clients spread across your working week. In return, we expect a strong desire to deliver value and the outcomes the business needs and a level of expertise that the business is probably missing in-house. The time demand is usually at least 20 hours per month (but can be more on occasion) and you would have the responsibility to do so combining on-site with some virtual working
Head of Marketing
We are always looking for experienced Heads of Marketing level experts across multiple sectors that are looking to complement or replace current client work. As a Head of Marketing you’ll assume leadership responsibility for a team of less experienced marketers within larger business or fill key gaps in their resource challenges. Whether it’s stalled projects, new initiatives, maternity leave, or extra support, the client (usually a CMO) will expect you to focus on defined areas with clear outcomes attached. Often these assignments tend to be short term in nature and have clear, concise objectives and scope. You would work likely be hybrid in style and with a portion of your time on-site as agreed. Acting as a senior expert of the client’s team during your assignment, you will have a proven ability to add value fast and ensure outcomes are delivered. This is a more senior role and is paid accordingly. We expect at least 10 years’ experience and would suit a person able to establish strong client relationships and credibility across various functions. Prior roles would include senior marketing positions in a larger corporate organisation with certain structures, larger teams and expectations. An ability to prioritise, meet challenging deadlines and balance conflicting needs is likely to be appreciated! Resilience, learning fast, stakeholder expectation management are strong qualities and allow you to draw upon extended experience and success in prior roles. Our clients are likely larger in size and already have an internal marketing team(s). They could be B2B or B2C, public or private sector and support the CMO / leadership team deliver key projects on time and ensure everything runs smoothly. At this senior level of Head of Marketing, you will take responsibility for developing and executing a defined area and objective deploying your skills and experience to deliver desired outcomes. As ever, we carefully match the senior marketing expert with the client and support you deliver the right outcomes in an enjoyable and mutually rewarding way – Because results matter
